Poll Analysis.

As of July 10, 2008, this blog’s poll has reached up to 100 votes, which means100 different people, 100 different opinions and 100 people to thank.

So let’s take a look.

As expected The Chocolate Hills and Tubbataha Reef have a good standing in the poll. Having Chocolate Hills as a famous and one of a kind wonder and having the Tubbataha reef as one of the best diving spots, there is no question that they would have a strong standing. This just reflects how most people would route for these two wonders. If it was only between this 2, it would be too close to call.

As for our underground river, though it has been introduced later in the competition, it shows a pretty good standing. I feel this wonder is not given as much credit as it deserves. I feel unlike the Chocolate Hills and Tubbataha Reef, which can be appreciated through the information and pictures readily available. This wonder needs to be seen and experienced first hand, in order to truly appreciate it.

On Mayon on the other hand, it really pales in comparison, only garnering 10%. This can be partly attributed to it’s long period of absence in the rankings. But then again, I’m sure it should have gotten more. Why is Mayon usually people’s least favorite?

Bottom line. They all just simply deserve it.
